We will inspect your returned item(s) for faults and/or signs of wear once we receive it. All items must be in its original packaging.We reserve the right to refuse your return if the item has been worn or damaged.
You will be issued a cash return or store credit information once we have established that your item is in good condition. Please wait up to 30 business days for the processing and finalization of your return. We cannot promise that your return will be handled the same day it is received due to the high amount of orders we receive every day. Once your items have been inspected, we will send you an email with a shop credit that you may use on future purchases.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
